Custom Fabrication

Overview

Chemithon can take your idea from concept to turnkey. Whether it's one-of-a-kind or mass produced, we've developed efficient, cost-effective methods to produce your custom equipment. We'll also fabricate equipment from your drawings.

Chemithon is a licensed engineering firm. We design and fabricate equipment for industries including detergent, environmental, pulp and paper, petrochemical, mining, surface finishing and chemical manufacturing.

Our manufacturing shops include a machine shop, vessel fabrication, and electrical for electrical and control systems. The Machine Shop can handle small materials all the way up to 60-inch in diameter.

Our Vessel Shop can manufacture your pressure vessels, tanks or heat exchangers in carbon steel, stainless steel or high alloy. Our Shop holds ASME U, UM and R stamps and we can fabricate to PED and JIS standards.

The Fabrication Shop can assemble piping spool pieces or assemble equipment and piping into skid mounted units. We fabricate piping to ANSI B31.1 and B31.3 codes.

Modular equipment and piping systems
Structural and miscellaneous steel

The Electrical Shop can build your power or instrumentation panels. Our Shop is a UL508 shop and can build to ULC, NFPA 70, CSA and CE. We can fabricate modular control systems on skids, including all wiring.
