Plant Audits

In a typical project, a Chemithon engineer visits the customer’s plant to monitor its operation and operator proficiency, status of the process equipment, spare parts stores, and recent history of the plant operation. The engineer prepares a report as part of the scope of work to describe observations and call attention to specific items that may require remediation, including such things as operator training, equipment maintenance, control system adjustments, spare parts stocks, and etc., providing specific recommendations for improvements. The engineer also takes action to correct any problems that directly impact on plant safety, process performance, and equipment maintenance, if authorized to do so.
